Refund And Cancellation:-

1. When did you can cancel and get refund ?

        After the delivery of the good, if our customer did not satisfy, they have a full right to cancel the order and get refund within 3-7 working day's by giving us a reasonable reason's.

        If they made a multiple payment, they still has the right to get cancel and refund the amount.

2. Did our customer has a right to Replacement option ?

        Yes, they have a right to replace, if they misorder/wrong order done in our retail site.

3. How does return process works ?

        In Order to get return, they need to contact our customer support from Our Contact Us page. They should get full confirmation mail, and other details from our customers support.

To do this you have to go to your order details panel of your user account and initiate the return process.
